EliteForgePerformance was founded by Kobe, a performance coach and rugby athlete who has spent his life inside elite sporting systems.
 

From a young age, Kobe was immersed in high-performance environments, particularly within rugby systems where physical output, durability, and preparation are non-negotiable. Years spent training, competing, learning, and observing elite athletes shaped how he views performance, recovery, and long-term development.
 

But what truly separates Kobe’s coaching philosophy is not just where he trained or played. It is how deeply he understands the process.
 

Kobe has lived both sides of the athlete journey. The highs of structured systems and the frustration of confusion, injury risk, poor recovery, and inconsistent guidance. That experience led him to obsess over one thing: building systems that actually work for athletes in the real world.
