EliteForgePerformance is committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and digital education products designed to improve athletic performance. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products (eBooks, Training Programs, Downloadable Content)
All digital products sold by EliteForgePerformance are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Educational resources
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.
Coaching Services
Refunds for coaching services are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Payments for coaching services are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.

If EliteForgePerformance is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include rescheduling or partial credit.

Missed sessions or failure to engage with the coaching process does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations where a technical error occurs (such as duplicate charges or failure to access a digital product due to a system fault), please contact us at Eliteforgeperformance@outlook.com. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting EliteForgePerformance may result in immediate termination of access to products or services. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns fairly.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
