4. No Guarantees

Results vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific performance outcomes

• Strength, power, physique, or athletic improvements

• Injury prevention or competitive success

5. Payments and Purchases

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing:

• You authorise payment for the listed amount

• You agree that digital products are delivered electronically

• You acknowledge that all sales are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy

Access to digital products may be revoked if payment is reversed, disputed, or fails.

EliteForgePerformance is not liable for decisions made by the client during training.

• This includes injury, loss of income, loss of performance, or data loss

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.
