Meet Kobe
Founder of EFP
Kobe is a performance coach and lifelong athlete who built EliteForgePerformance to bridge the gap between gym training and real sport performance. Having trained and competed at a high level across multiple disciplines, Kobe understands what it truly takes to become stronger, faster, and more dominant in competition.
He began his boxing journey at just 12 years old, training within elite AIS systems that allowed him to travel and develop internationally. Over his career, Kobe competed in 35 fights, earning multiple state and Australian titles along with Golden Gloves victories. Boxing shaped his discipline, mental toughness, and respect for high-level coaching, giving him a deep understanding of how performance, mindset, and structure must work together.
Those experiences taught Kobe that great coaching goes far beyond sets and reps. It builds confidence, resilience, and purpose. That same philosophy now drives everything inside EliteForgePerformance. His approach focuses on intent, movement quality, and building power that transfers directly to sport. EliteForgePerformance exists to help athletes train with clarity, confidence, and direction, without getting lost in trends, shortcuts, or guesswork.
